Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

All content, software, trademarks, and materials provided by Lanami are the intellectual property of Lanami or its licensors. No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lanami is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
• use of trading software is at your own risk
• no liability is accepted for indirect or incidental damages

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Trading involves significant risk and is not suitable for all individuals.

You acknowledge that:

• no guarantees of profit are made
• losses may exceed deposits
• market conditions and execution vary
