Software License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: 1 March 2026

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement” or “EULA”) governs your use of Lanami software, including indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), updates, and related components (“Software”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install or use the Software.

Lanami grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software in accordance with this Agreement.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Lanami retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.

Subject to an active license, you may:

• install and use the Software on supported MetaTrader 5 (MT5) environments
• use the Software solely for your own personal or internal trading purposes
• receive updates provided under your active license

Use of the Software is limited to the scope defined at purchase and governed by licensing controls.

Unless otherwise specified at purchase:

• licenses are limited to a defined number of MT5 accounts and/or terminals
• concurrent use beyond licensed limits is prohibited
• sharing licenses across unrelated users or entities is not permitted

Lanami may enforce license limits through technical controls.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software
• attempt to bypass licensing, activation, or usage controls
• use the Software for unlawful purposes

Any unauthorized use constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

Lanami may provide updates, patches, or improvements to the Software.

Updates may:

• modify functionality
• improve compatibility
• address bugs or security issues

Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Software.

The Software is designed for use with MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Desktop.

Lanami does not guarantee compatibility with:

• all brokers
• all account types
• future MT5 updates
• third-party plugins or scripts

Differences in broker execution, spreads, slippage, and platform behavior may affect Software performance.

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

Lanami makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• profitability or performance
• uninterrupted operation
• suitability for any specific trading purpose

Use of the Software involves risk and is undertaken at your own discretion.

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk and may result in losses.

You acknowledge that:

• the Software does not provide financial advice
• no outcomes are guaranteed
• losses may exceed deposits

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Lanami may suspend or terminate your license if you:

• breach this Agreement
• violate usage restrictions
• fail to maintain an active subscription where required

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and remove it from your systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Lanami shall not be liable for trading losses or indirect damages
• liability is limited to amounts paid for the Software
• no liability is assumed for broker or platform issues

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; applicable law will prevail.

This Agreement should be read in conjunction with:

• Terms of Service
• Risk Disclaimer
• Refund Policy

In the event of a conflict, this Agreement governs use of the Software.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
