How refunds, cancellations, and billing are handled for Lanami digital products and subscriptions.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all Lanami digital products, subscriptions, and services, including indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), licenses, and related access.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

Digital products and delivery

Immediate access

Lanami products are digital goods delivered electronically.

Access to software, licenses, or services may be granted immediately after payment.

Because delivery is digital and instant, refunds are limited and subject to the eligibility conditions below.

Refund eligibility

When refunds may be considered

Refunds may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the request is submitted within the stated eligibility window (if applicable)
  • the product has not been misused, shared, or redistributed
  • there is no evidence of license abuse or prohibited use

Refund eligibility, if offered, is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-refundable situations

Important exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • dissatisfaction with trading performance or results
  • losses incurred while using the product
  • incorrect configuration or misuse of the software
  • lack of understanding of product functionality
  • failure to follow installation or usage guides
  • changes in market conditions or broker behavior

Trading outcomes are inherently variable and outside Lanami’s control.

Subscriptions and cancellations

Ongoing billing rules

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly), as selected at checkout.

  • you may cancel your subscription at any time
  • cancellation stops future billing
  • access remains active until the end of the current billing period

Partial refunds for unused time in a billing period are not provided, unless required by applicable law.

How to request a refund

Required process

To request a refund (if eligible):

1. contact Lanami via the Contact page

2. include your order details and reason for the request

3. submit the request within any stated eligibility window

Requests that do not include sufficient information may be delayed or denied.

Chargebacks and disputes

Please contact us first

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Lanami first may result in:

  • immediate suspension of access
  • termination of licenses
  • denial of future service

Chargebacks increase processing costs and delays. We strongly encourage contacting support to resolve issues before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.

Refund processing times

What to expect

If a refund is approved:

  • processing typically takes 5–10 business days
  • funds are returned to the original payment method
  • processing times may vary by payment provider

Lanami does not control delays caused by banks or payment processors.

License suspension upon refund

Access termination

Approved refunds result in:

  • immediate termination of product access
  • deactivation of licenses
  • removal of usage rights under the EULA

Continued use after refund approval is prohibited.
